I never rented or bought from John Williams but I've never had a problem with him . I think he's a pretty good guy. At least I can say he's a pretty good guy to me and he's helped me out in the past and he's usually pretty busy and hard to get a hold of sometimes but all in all I think he's a great person
Doesn't do repairs without court order.tried evicting me for having swamp cooler fixed. Enters Property without permission or notice.
Mr. Williams has been single handedly lowering the property values for the past 30 some years now. Too bad lynching isn't legal anymore.
