He was so rude to me. I never went back for his help. He may be a good doctor, but his ability to be kind is zero. He was backing out of the office before he entered; probably very busy, but when I realized I needed refill Rx, the nurse asked him for Rx; he was plain hateful to me. Kind, caring and patient. Answered all of our questions and explained all treatment and future treatments in a way that allayed anxiety.

My husband went to him for quite a few years and he kept getting sicker. It was to the point that he was passing out at least once a day. He felt so bad that he went to the Dr’s office as a walk-in to see anyone! The Dr told his nurse to tell him to go to the ER. I could tell he was dying so I insisted he go to UT Southwestern and within less than a week he had two different doctors performing surgery.
