This is the best psychiatric care I have ever received. And it is comfort knowing I have a backup.
I had seen another psychiatrist for 17 years prior to being referred to Dr. Grace by a close friend. I was very unstable and my medications had made me more mentally ill than I was to begin with. I never realized this until Dr. Grace saw me and encouraged me to voluntarily be admitted to a nearby psychiatric hospital until I could get my medications under control. In the 16 months since I've been seeing Dr. Grace, I am stable once more, being thankful to be alive. FIVE STARS for Dr. Grace.
Tried to establish an appointment for a loved one, and was given misinformation on multiple occasions. It was challenging to touch base with the scheduling assistant. After filling out extensive packets of information, we were told that they are not accepting new patients. All of this after provided information to the contrary. It was a frustrating experience that delayed treatment for my loved one.
You do not always get to see Dr. Grace, the staff commented that "He" comes and goes as he pleases. A staff member told me they see 60 patients a day, with one physician. The office staff is not helpful, and overworked. They have too many patients coming and going to receive the care that patients deserve, this is definitely a "High Volume" shop.
Dr. Grace is great. His therapist are also good. I saw him for 3 yrs. and left due to office technicality. I'm doing well and would greatly recommend Dr. Grace. And have several times.
He actually cares about his patients.
Staff and Dr never return calls. We needed medication and they could care less. We kept calling even the after hours number... no response. It was the most disappointing experience we ever had. They do not care about anything but getting paid.
