Always a great dealership to work with . Take care of what i need done
Recently purchased a used Ford Escape and we are very happy with it. The complete process was excellent. Everyone at JWF is very helpful and patient. They found the exact vehicle we were looking for. They are great to work with and i would recommend them to anyone. Staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. The customer lounge is very nice too. Service was on time and very prompt. They went over all the details of what they inspected at the end too. Would recommend them.
After having an issue with my brakes the service team did everything they could to correct the issue very helpful and friendly would definitely use them for future service
