This is an amazing place!! The therapists are so knowledgeable and likeable. I look forward to my bi-weekly visits and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Their great reputation is well deserved- definitely a 5 star experience!
When you are client at John West you are not treat as a number. You are treated as a valued client. I have found each (Rico, Amber, Amanda, and Blake) conscientious, kind, and cheerful in treating each client with their physical therapy needs. I just completed a course of aquatic therapy at John West. It was a great experience. Amanda and Zoya at the front desk are welcoming and efficient. The therapists, Amber, Amanda, Blake and Rico are professional, supportive and focused on their client's health and safety. I highly recommend John West to anyone needing aquatic or physical therapy.
