Dr. West was running late because of an emergency situation with another doctor's office. He explained the situation and apologized to me. An explanation means so much to me. I didn't mind the wait and truly amazed at the compassion this doctor shows to his patients. I am hard of hearing and Dr. West always tries to face me when talking and makes sure that I understand him. I have been seeing Dr. West for many years and I can't say enough good things about him. He is a very through Doctor and talks to you and explains what your issues are and how he is going to address them. You could not ask for a better Doctor.
Well the front desk very nice and patient. Once I was in the back office area I was there for some time however this was a 1st appointment and Dr. West was very attentive and seemed to really be concerned about my well fare and the fact I had not followed up with a doctor in a few years and made sure that I was taken care regardless how behind he may have been. He came highly recommended from my son and I would highly recommend him to others. I have scheduled a follow - so will amend if needed.

This visit with Dr. West was to get my annual physical. He always strives to provide the best medical care possible. He is especially concerned that you keep your cholesterol and blood pressure in check to ensure you have a healthy heart, particularly if you have a family history of heart disease. He has provided outstanding care to me for the past 30 years. I do not feel rushed, and he spends the necessary time to evaluate and explain what he feels you need to do to get well. Followup to physical, great visit as always. Have been with Dr West longer than I can remember, trust him and his advice, always makes me feel good to visit there
My last visit was my annual checkup. My husband and I have been patients of Dr. West for approximately 25 years. He and his staff have always taken GREAT care of us. Dr. West is very proactive with our care, and he is a natural teacher- he always explains what-where-why-and-how completely. I never feel rushed when I go in for a visit- sick or well.
