Unfortunately wasn't treated too well when I brought my Acadia in for some routine service work. Didn't get any paperwork or walk through on my vehicle. Didn't tell me how the transmission fluid looked or if I need to do anything else. Very disappointed that now I am hearing a squeal...
Great buying experience
Service department is slow and doesn't respond to questions. It's like they don't care if they help you. Truck is in for diagnosis on possible warranty claim and after 2 weeks they haven't done anything.
