Dr. Waites was amazing! He explained everything, very clearly and he is very compassionate.
Another massive disappointment on my road to diagnosis. He was tolerable in the beginning. Nice, even. However, I've been through the ringer with enough doctors to know better than to get too wooed by the initial kindness of a doctor as it tends to be what they want you to see and rarely reflects their professional capacity.
