John Wagner is a crook!!! He presented an unfair appraisal of my property by not using adequate comps for a refinance. When my realtor and I presented him with factual information and requested a formal reconsideration of the value from John via the bank issuing the loan, he was " offended that we questioned him" and refused to look at the information we had provided.
