John was on time, professional, and polite. He worked diligently on my hot water heater and returned to clear a last minute problem. Always called before coming, and was thorough, careful, and gentlemanly. A real hidden gem.
The technician was quick and courteous to respond!
Had no water, thought I had an electrical issue. John Wade was out in about an hour. he troubleshot the well pump discovering it was in fact a bad well pump. Very fair price and got me in touch with Beck Well Drilling and the problem was solved that day! Thank you!!
