Dr. Waren has taken care of myself and my family for 20 years. I always feel that I receive excellent care and his staff are nice and helpful. He listens to any concerns I may have and I never feel rushed. Highly recommend.
We have been seeing Dr Waren for 15 years, he’s been there for us even for an emergency eye poke on a Sunday. We would not consider going anywhere else.
I have had a horrible experience at this office ever since Dr. Fiegel left. They sent me to a debt collector because they failed to notify me of a charge (from 8 months prior) due to mailing bills to the wrong address. They accused me of not paying my debt and would not provide me with my medical records until I proved to them that it was paid. Staff is incredibly friendly and love Dr. Waren! Always more than willing to answer any questions I have, scheduling, insurance, contact orders, glasses adjustments, etc. Went through some trouble finding contacts and Dr. worked with me to make sure I was in a comfortable pair. Always feel that they truly care! Great office all around!!
