John and Peter did a great job engraving my sons signet ring and my daughter's pendant
My fiancé just picked up his wedding ring. The work was exquisite. He did such a great job, so impressed.
My 1 and only star is for John and his insane craftsmanship. 4 stars have been deducted for Peter’s unremarkable service. Bear with me here as i divulge on the facts. I first engaged the store 6 weeks ago to have 2 rings engraved. One for myself, one as a gift. After I emailed my designs of the 2nd ring on the day, called 2 weeks later to follow up on the status, responded to an email on the 11th of March from Peter (to find out he never received my original email) called again on the 13th to find out he still hadn't receive... read more
Peter engraved two of my rings, one with my initials, and one with my Mother’s family’s coat of arms - based on a lost signet ring. He did so with such care, and understanding of his craft; the engravings are infallible. His services are well priced for their quality, and I always felt like the rings were in good hands. Truly very happy. Thank you Peter!!
