I was happy with this practice until several months ago. I have several autoimmune diseases that can cause potentially serious eye problems. I started having an issue with my eyes and I waited two weeks to see if it would self resolve. It did not. So I reached out to my rheumatologist and she advised me to contact my eye doctor immediately. I sent a message to Dr Cutright’s office explaining my symptoms and what my rheumatologist said. Outstanding Supporting team. Excellent team
I’ve been coming to this place since it was Dr. Smith’s practice- so around 25 years. Love the optometrist but the receptionist of the past couple of years is so rude I dread going here. Apparently it is practice to cancel appointments that were just recently made if you can’t answer a phone call to confirm the day before that you are in fact coming. That’s fine, but tell me why the receptionist feels the need to say to me “we called and left messages and messages and messages” in a nasty tone when I didn’t react negatively ... read more
