The Lady at the Front Desk were very pleasant.Dr Scott and Assistant were Great under less then desirable visit,Who really wants to visit a Dr's office
Dr. Scott is absolutely amazing. He takes time with his patients to explain things thoroughly, answer their concerns and to build confidence. I literally called family after meeting him to tell them how fortunate I feel to be in his care.
We are still traumatized by this event. My sister literally has PTSD from the procedure she had a few years back with Dr. Scott. I would never trust him again. He was so smug and dismissive. I can't describe how belittling he was. My sister has a history of septic shock when she has kidney stone procedures and he completely disregarded our warnings about it and refused a simple prophylactic antibiotic and she ended up with a week in intensive care, on pressors and very, very ill- due to septic shock again.
