Sat in the waiting room for over an hour to be told my cleaning wouldn't start for at least another half hour so I left. Update - Dr. Jones was very apologetic about my bad experience and was very accommodating with rescheduling my apt. at a time that worked for me. My experiences since then have been about average.
I love this entire office. They are always helpful and everyone is very nice. Just a great team of people.
