I must say I was so pleased to have found Dr. DenBoer! The staff and the doctor himself are so kind and welcoming. He was very thorough and informative. I highly recommend him.
Dr. DenBoer is the best doctor that I have ever met.He loves what he does. I have received unbelievable service from his clinic. He is one of the most capable and caring doctors in town.
Very Poor Experience this guy walks around like a lost lab rat, then his office manager and he misrepresented themselves first by stating clearly they handle my type of case then the Doctor had me go through nearly a thousand questions and several hours of testing, and told me to come back the next week to see weather or not he could help me.... I guess I wasn't that round peg he was looking for what an OCD case this one is.... He then re-stated his reason for having me return as though it was j
DR. DenBoer listened to every concern my family had about my aging mother. He offered his program to help her combat dementia! I would highly recommend!
He wears blinders and has tunnel vision. If it wasn't so serious, it would almost be comical to watch how he manipulates a flock of very elderly folks into his program. He markets this dementia program he created and once he signs you up you will get a year's worth of Medicare paid appointments with a non-professional who rakes in the money for him. I promptly got mom out of this racket and took her to a real professional for help.
He was paid for an evaluation and he was a "no show." This didn't stop him from billing for the evaluation and I have yet to receive a copy of it. He schedules so many appointments that he can't keep the patients and their records straight -- and neither can his office-- which has the fastest turn over that I've encountered in any other professional office.
Disorganized office with new staff at every appointment and he can't keep his patients straight. Unless you want to be confused with someone else, stay away from this provider.
Dr. Denboer and his staff are very courteous and professional. Their new location is very convenient. Dr. Denboer does a good job of listening to your concerns and offering next steps. I found the additional service of "brain coaching" incredibly helpful.
Billed Medicare for visits that never happened! The visits that did happen were ridiculous...very fast, and basically did nothing! I would never recommend him for anyone!
