I owe my life to Dr. Chen. I can't thank him enough for staying the course and supporting my family in assisting them in making the most difficult decisions that resulted in my new lease on life. Went for a scheduled appointment I received great service and courteous assistance.Dr Chen has great staff very knowledgeable when it came to my medical information.Very highly recommended.Thank You
The office staff is incompetent and rude. Dr.Chen has changed his accepted insurance. I spoke to his office the morning of my appointment to verify insurance. They said all was fine. When I got there I was told that they no longer accepted my insurance and I would have to pay the full amount. Dr. Chen says he will be right back and never returns to the exam room - this has happened 2 times. I leave feeling that my questions have not been addressed
