I use Dr. Cawthorn for all my children, wouldn't want anyone else. The one we had before wasn't terrible, but felt she just kept wanting to use my son as a Guinea pig when it came to his serve acid reflux on top of him being little, so having the reflux issue wasn't good to have on top of that. Dr. Cawthorn is usually able to fix the issue with one suggestion in regards to the issue we may have.
Dr. Cawthorn has been my go to doctor for almost 10 years now and I am sad to leave, as I have turned 20 and want a new PCP. He has always been respectful, compassionate, and understanding.
Dr. Cawthorn has been amazing. He listens and addresses all concerns.
Lacks sensitivity when addressing teenage girls and body weight. My daughter is 127 pounds and 16 years old. Went in for simple weight verification for sport team. His rude and unnecessary comments had her in tears before we left the waiting room. He was the only doctor in I guess that could sign form. Wish we waited to see our regular wonderful Dr. Holtz. Would never trust an uncaring provider to care for my child.
