I have had nothing but positive experiences with Rita. From the moment I met her, she has been so helpful! She is definitely one of those people that treats her clients like family and bends over backwards to assure her clients get exactly what they are looking for and need! Her response level is suburb and I would definitely be using her again!

My wife and I had a tremendous experience with John W. Cairnes Realty Company, specifically with Rita who was so lovely and helpful at every step along the way. We moved from Indiana to Maryland, so having someone to work with who made this new place feel like home, was a huge bonus for us. She was incredibly flexible, consistent, and we would recommend her (and the company as a whole) to anyone!
Never had any business with John but his wife Rita has been absolutely horrible to my rental property. Did not check in on the property like discussed and ended up causing thousands of dollars of damages. Then taking weeks to get back to you...if at all. Warning do not use Rita.
