It is evident that Dr. Vu has neglected his duties and disregarded the care of my father, who is nearly 80 years old and has had a pacemaker since 2022.Dr. Vu appears to believe that a heart rate of 20 beats per minute is sufficient for sustaining life, or that it is acceptable for my father to be in a perpetual state of emergency, requiring immediate access to resuscitation equipment. He has overlooked the critical role of a pacemaker monitor and a portable modem for my father's condition. It is crucial to find a more compet... read more

Dr. Vu is a great doctor. Now that his group is part of the John Muir network - it is much easier to get an appointment on his schedule. He explains what is happening and what the next steps would need to be.

Dr. Vu is very nice, but seems to have so many patients that he doesn't necessarily remember what he has told be in the past. I am having some issues I think are serious as I have had to make life altering adjustments. Yet, his office staff is refusing to arrange an in-person appointment. I will be changing doctors to one that cares enough to see me or at least has an office staff that will pass along my needs to the physician. Next stop UCSF.

The good ones....are sometimes very hard to get.....so if ya want the best one might to wait a bit...all the PA does is initial standard exam followed maybe by some tests...saving VU from some of the routine stuff. VU a good guy...support staff is average...but they know their stuff. I would certainly recommend Dr. Vu

Dr Vu was assigned to me at the hospital and I found him to be fine. However, trying to make an appointment with him is impossible. I was told he will not be available any time soon and was offered an appointment with his PA a week beyond the time I was told to schedule an appointment. What is the point of having a cardiologist that is not available.
