Dr. Vanwestenbrugge performed PTK surgery on me today. I’ve had a lot of eye trouble over the last 1.5 years, including a retinal detachment. A shout out to Dr. Warrian who performed that surgery. So, to say the least, I was very anxious pre surgery and frightened of the pain afterwards, but he talked throughout the procedure in a very calming voice and put a sort of bandage lens in as. part of the pain management. He was wonderful. Gimbel Eye Centre and their docs are the best.
Amazing surgeon. Very calm, knows everything lol He performed lasik on a very terrified me and my -10 eyes yesterday and today I can SEE. Life changing. Beyond grateful for Dr. van Westenbrugge.
