5 Star : My Experience I will very much say from the last time I went to John Vance. I had a very great experience. They were constantly keeping me updated. The service was great and he was a very nice guy. Unlike last time there was not very much communication but communication was the key with me and it was well done this time and very great service. And a very good job on my car.

One area on qrt.panel r/s where the gap between sliding door and qrt. panel has small area paint has flaws , not smooth and clean. It my wheelchair van and I can't bring back because if you need to repair more than few hour I have no way to get to and from your business as I'm wheelchair bound 24/7 and canyon transfer to a auto and chair weighs 500 lbs therefore I wouldn't be able to get chair home Medi Van could bring me... read more
