Vance auto group is great. We have had both maintainance done on past vehicles as well as purchased a vehicle through Vance. All experiences have been swift and pain free. Their customer service is top. If you are going in to buy a vehicle, I suggest asking for Al. He was kind, attentive, helped me with my MANY questions, and even helped me haggle for a great price. Everyone in the building is friendly and helpful.
They either do not inspect as-is vehicles well or they ignore dangerous issues that should be corrected prior to selling. Regardless, neither is great. I was pushed into a vehicle once before by the person my father and I spoke with in the financing department to the point of crying based on his attitude. It immediately became apparent on the drive home that the vehicle wasn't safe to drive, to which we were told "you bought it as-is, so deal with it". Our salesman Craig Crafton was a no pressure salesman and made a person feel comfortable and welcome. In the financing dept Robert gave us a host of options as far as down payment amounts and months to finance from 48-84 months! Works with some 40 banks and loan offices. It was great! That was 3 1/2 yrs ago! Time flies. I had one scheduling problem when I went through the GMC website to book and the dealership did not receive the appointment.
