I had my ovary removed 10 years ago. I visit Dr. Brown for routine checkups for 10 years now. Dr. Brown is the most caring, patient doctor. He never rushes me and takes time to answer all my questions.

Dr. Brown is hands down the BEST human and doctor I ever had the pleasure of being a patient to. Two years post super meticulous, tedious, & complicated surgery and I am pain-free and living my best days here on earth. After suffering for over 25 years with severe Endometriosis, Dr. Brown was my last hope for real relief and a chance to follow my dreams without being chained to this chronic illness and how badly it had ravaged my whole world. I don't think I ever got to personally thank him for the incredible job he did with... read more

Amazing Doctor and staff. I needed a total Hysterectomy. 2 weeks after my initial visit I had laporscopic robotic surgery. The entire experience was amazing. Great bedside manner, kind and knowledgeable staff, wonderful hospital.

Ovarian Cancer Stage-3A Dr Brown, my oncology surgeon is the most caring doctor with the best bedside manner. Explains precisely prior to surgery ‘best case/worst case’ scenario, so I was fully aware of what to expect- no surprises. He remains calm and gentle- gives you all the time needed to process information- treats you in a manner that you’re the most important case of the day, while putting your mind at ease. I knew I was in good hands and had the best treatment at Hoag Newport too! Followup visits just as attentive 4 ... read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Brown for about 7 months. I have not met a more caring doctor. He is kind and so very knowledgeable with special attention to me understanding my treatment plan. In addition, Dr. Brown's staff is unmatched in patient care as well. From the associate doctors, to the PA's to the rest of the staff. They are all so caring and very compassionate. I am so impressed and feel blessed in spite of the reason I am at this practice. I know I am in good hands.

I had a histerectomy with Dr. Brown. I liked and trusted him very much. We agreed he was to remove my uterus. I found out on my follow up appointment post surgery that he had also removed my cervix for no reason. I had no cancer and no family history of cancer. I asked Home why he did it and he said he always likes to remove the cervix so the patient won’t need to yet yearly paps. I was horrified. The removal of my cervix happenss caused me a lot of problems. He had no right to do this to my

I had a 10 cm adnexal mass suspicious of malignancy. I visited 4 Gyn/oncologists at Hoag, UCI, Torrance and LA. Dr Brown was the best doctor Among all. I had the surgery last Tuesday with him. Best surgeon! Using minimal invasive procedure, he took 3 hours to remove 10 cm mass and 7cm fibroid in uterus laparoscopically removed everything except one ovary that is healthy(I am 39). He was optimistic that the mass is benign. He was right! Thanks to him I have minimal scars and recovered next day.
