Mr. Uhle is a ton of fun and a true professional. I am super pleased with his service, explanations, and report. He is old-school, and I mean that with great respect and adoration.
When we decided to sell our home in Boynton Beach and move to Pompano Beach, a friend had highly recommended John Uhle. John responded promptly and got right to work. As a Realtor I sit through many inspections. John Uhle was very thorough. He climbed through the limited space attic with his knee pads and face mask to get us the best photos for his reports. Physically inspected each roof, no drone fly over to find areas of weakness, leaks or missing shingles. I had the pleasure of following John around as he inspected a large older home that I am purchasing. He took no shortcuts, crawled into every nook and cranny. If there was an issue he was going to find it. His knowledge of home building was great and I would recommend his service to anyone seeking a home purchase
Does not stand behind his evaluation. We needed a new water heater, replacement of a cracked skylight and roof repairs all within a month of our home purchase. Despite his "guarantee" he made no reimbursement to us. His response was: Sue me."
