Friendly staff. Very expensive. Open floor plan is weird as there are only walls no doors kind of like a cubeville for dentists. No privacy even at the check in place. Everyone will know your business here. Dentist spends very little time with you. You will spend more time with the assistant.

Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Yes Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Somewhat Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay.
