The greatest customer service ever!! I had the honor of recently working with two young women, Kim and Terrella. They issued my new insurance policy after I dropped a set of policies that I'd had for over thirty years. These Ladies were kind, patient , and very professional. Thanks Allstate for having such wonderful people on their staff. With today's customer service getting worse and worse, how refreshing to have such wonderful people in the world.

Diana Hernandez, was beyond amazing in assisting us with our insurance needs. I spoke to other agents from other companies but Diana stood out hands down. She took her time and explained every detail with no problem. When I had questions a few days later I phoned her and she was readily available to assist me. It’s really refreshing how she’s tapped into providing great customer service.

I was hunting for insurance a few months back. My two needs were a better rate, and to make biweekly payments to line up with my budget plan. The biweekly payments never happened, so I turned off autopay and make a payment on the 1st and 15th (my policy is due by the 20th) so there is ample time to see that its been paid. I get phone calls from these folks asking about the payment even though every month its been paid in full and on time. Marc Fillion provided me with the great service: adviced insurance options which both targeted right protection and fit into my budget. He answered a number of questions I had, and helped me along the whole process to get all documents and policy, and explained everything. Highly recommended.

I recently worked with Andrea when I was searching for insurance for several collector vehicles and my daily drivers. I had lots of questions as I had been with my previous insurer for many years. Through numerous calls and emails Andrea never became impatient and spent more time than I would have expected to find what I needed to satisfy my needs.
