Whenever I call and I talk to Andrea, she makes me feel like I’m the only customer there. She handles all of my questions promptly and accurately. No matter what the subject auto insurance motorcycle insurance homeowners insurance whatever it is she seems to have all the answers for me is always very polite and very quick to get information that I need. I highly recommend her and that agency that she’s with.
We have been working with Paul for our insurance needs and he is fantastic! He always answers our questions promptly and never brushes us aside on any of our inquiries. We recently bought a new house but kept our old house to rent and he walked us through every step of the insurance process for both places and made everything so easy as he took care of it all. I have recommended him to multiple people as we've had such a great experience.
Update: the agencies response is a joke. It’s a failed attempt to save face. If Andrea was sick and I reached out after hours why didn’t she get back to me as in ever? Or one of the other employees including the agent himself? I’ve never heard from them again. Completely ghosted. I had to go through their corporate office to get my $$$ back. I had the pleasure of working with Lucy Aguilar over the last few days. I called her for a simple change to my auto policy. Lucy expeditiously helped me with that. However, she also went above and beyond and took it as an opportunity to review my overall coverage at Allstate to ensure there were not better options for me. April answered the phone the day I needed her help most. My husband passed and I asked for advice. She rewrote my policy and took care of everything. She was the sweetest person I could have spoken to. Her voice is pleasant and caring. She was extremely helpful to me. Although it was a bad day, she helped me with respect and kindness. She is a keeper! I hope I get to speak to her again one day. Thank you so much!! 💕
