I dealt with Dr. Tsai only once, twelve years ago. He gave me at the time what I still believe is the worst piece of advice I have ever received, and am happy that I ignored it. He also did an entirely competent colonoscopy and liver punch biopsy. The rest, per Hamlet, is silence.

I bring my Mother for an appointment, but they didnt let us know they where running late, then the lady at the desk left at 10am an left the desk whit no one there... People had to go inside trough the main entrance to ask for help and info. At the same time the lady at the desk doesnt know who to address people whit respect..... there for I would ask for some trainning and reinforce values. Now the stars i give its because my mom knows the doctor and have some how good relationship.
