Dr. Tong was wonderful over a multiple-year course of treatment for my son Adam's lazy eye. He was incredibly supportive and spent the time that is so valuable to a patient these days. As his father I felt constantly supported and Dr. Tong completely cured my son. It was great working with him and his team!

I’m writing this review for our experience a couple of years ago. I’ve debated not writing a review at all, but I know I’ve relied on reviews in the past to make decisions on who to see. Dr. Tong is clinically good, but I wouldn’t recommend this practice due to how the office staff treated us - not just once but several times. For one of my kids, their system made a mistake on an appointment date, and they refused to see us when we showed up at the date and time we got the text notification for. Dr. Tong provides excellent care and is especially good with children. The medical treatment itself has been consistently strong. However, the office’s customer service is significantly lacking. Whenever my wife or I call, no one answers the phone, and when we leave voicemail messages, we never receive a return call. While the quality of care is very good, the responsiveness and communication from the office are extremely poor.
