They got us in quickly for an urgent situation, but the room was extremely dirty. Crumbs everywhere, didn’t look like the tools were cleaned between patients and were just covered by towels. They prescribed us a medicine m, but have not responded to the pharmacy’s requests for more information so we have been unable to fill it. Waste of money and feels like we were taken advantage of.

Bad coordination by front office and too much waiting inspite of having an appointment. I had to wait for an hour to get called and others who came later go in before us. Appreciate if office staff is well coordinated and can keep up with the waiting times. No point in waiting for an hour with little kids to be called. Every single time I came here it took me atleast an hour to be called in and then another one hour inside. So be prepared to spend 2-3 hours for an appt
