Dr. Tong provides excellent care and is especially good with children. The medical treatment itself has been consistently strong. However, the office’s customer service is significantly lacking. Whenever my wife or I call, no one answers the phone, and when we leave voicemail messages, we never receive a return call. While the quality of care is very good, the responsiveness and communication from the office are extremely poor.

They got us in quickly for an urgent situation, but the room was extremely dirty. Crumbs everywhere, didn’t look like the tools were cleaned between patients and were just covered by towels. They prescribed us a medicine m, but have not responded to the pharmacy’s requests for more information so we have been unable to fill it. Waste of money and feels like we were taken advantage of.
