Bad coordination by front office and too much waiting inspite of having an appointment. I had to wait for an hour to get called and others who came later go in before us. Appreciate if office staff is well coordinated and can keep up with the waiting times. No point in waiting for an hour with little kids to be called. Every single time I came here it took me atleast an hour to be called in and then another one hour inside. So be prepared to spend 2-3 hours for an appt

I brought my son here for a second opinion. Dr. Tong and his staff were so very welcoming and accommodating. I will be making them my son's official ophthalmologist. He educated me on my son's condition and put my mind at ease regarding his vision safety. I walked outta there feeling like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders.
