They installed a beautiful door
There is no chance in hell I would ever do business with these scam artists again. We haven't had any issues with our new windows yet, fortunately, but if we ever do, you can rest assured these guys will do absolutely nothing to help. Never, ever give them a deposit that might exceed the total cost of the work to be done. We have been due a refund of nearly $2,000 that I have been trying to get back since June 2015. Ultimately disappointed. I ordered a new custom wood door for our old house. Tobin's was very nice to work with, they promised to save the antique elliptical transom above the crappy replacement door that a previous owner had installed. I was very excited about the door. We also ordered the handle set from Tobin and they were able to get the exact knob that I wanted. Everything was great until the installation.
