Found a 2011 Toyota Tundra online. Talked to at least 3 people about it as late as 9:00 9 pm on Thursday night and early Friday morning. Verified they had the truck on the lot - made an appointment for 11 am and got there for them to say they sold the truck yesterday. Bait and switch. I would not trust them. Wasted 2 hours driving over there and back!
I had an appointment at 9:00. I waited there for two and a half hours to have my car serviced. What was your sense of having an appointment if you have to wait in line as if you walked in your door? I was not happy so I will probably take my service elsewhere
Just wanted to think the Service department they was so on point and helpful made sure we had a car while the work was being done on my wife's car and was ready to come pick me up from the rental place when I was returning the car everybody was so helpful and kind even the guys who pull the cars around and when we picked the car up it was clean, Thank you guys for great service!!!
Had the best car leasing experience ever today with Grant. He was so HONEST, personable, and considerate of our family getting the best deal possible. It was definitely worth the drive to Carrollton and we will recommend him to anyone we know! Thanks so much to Grant and John Thornton for making this process smooth!
