I'm giving two stars because our sales rep was very apologetic and did his best. Otherwise when you book an appt to see a car, get verification via text the same day as the appt.; then drive 1 1/2 hours to buy the car to find it's already sold. My advice is not to rely on a online or text booking. Speak to someone at the dealership to determine the vehicle's sales status. I don't normally review a business after only a partial experience, but I doubt we will be back.

We drove almost 3 hours from South Carolina to look at the Cadillac CT5-V that we wanted. From the time that we got there until the time we left, everyone that we dealt with was awesome! Our salesperson was Luke and he was fantastic! They are a no pressure dealership that puts the customer first. We walked out with the Cadillac that we wanted at a fair price and would not hesitate to do business again.
Recently bought a used car from this dealership would like to give a big shout out to our salesman Sid Lee he was patient attentive and listened to what we were saying and needed. Thanks Sid we are so pleased with our purchase and service.
The worker bees are not interested in selling cars and the finance guy too busy to meet and make deals.Will not recommend
