If you have an EV that needs any type of servicing, do not go to Cadillac of Thousand Oaks. With all the new owners, I don't know who owns them now but they are not good (well not for an EV). I USED to take all my GMC's to this dealership for servicing. From my Yukon's, Escalade's and now Vistiq. Twice already when I make an appt, I show up and the servicing person tells me they do not have an EV technician and to make another appt. Even though when I make an appt I tell them I have an EV. The last few years services took a dip but I can honestly say that Lee and the service department team have been working to turn things around. My wife and I have been Coleman Cadillac customers for close to fifteen years. During that time, our SUV has required very few repairs - only routine maintenance. My experience with Moore Cadillac Richmond has been extremely disappointing. I purchased my vehicle nearly three months ago, and I still have not received my permanent Maryland registration, license plates, or vehicle title. During this time, the dealership has issued three temporary tags, and the registration process remains unresolved. Homestead Bomni Cadillac stay away from this dealership!! Service and reps it’s a scam. I started coming here in February oil change! My car is in excellent condition never an issue!! Till I came here they do something to the cars to keep you coming back!!! Next my car dash lights up!! Apparently my battery needs replacement! Do not take your vehicle to this dealership! They nickel and dime you! They don’t give you all information up front. I took my car for back windshield wipers. They told me we will order the part! After 4 hrs of waiting I see the mechanic through window infront of car. Rep tells me he taking steering wheel apart and later they take me home car was taking too long. Over the phone they tell now you have to replace the rusted bladed another 600 for the total cost. When they deceived me to think it was only 91.00 plus labor 250 !... read more
Miller Brothers Cadillac in Ellicott City, MD - probably one of the worst services I am receiving. When you enter, you don’t know what to do. Service person clearly lied to me that there is no warranty service Cadillac sells. When I showed him what I have from Fedility (bought through Cadillac when I bought the vehicle), he was like OK.
