Dr Thoppil was very kind and helpful. I trust him completely. His nurse Stephanie was wonderdul. There was a line when I first got to the office and the front office staff totally ignored everyone in line. The woman at the front seat needs to be more aware of what’s going on and improve her customer service.
Dr. John Thoppil has been the only doctor who has truly advocated for me and my overall wellbeing. He’s not only incredibly knowledgeable but also kind, patient, and genuinely caring. I’ve always felt completely at ease in his care, knowing I’m in good hands. He delivered all three of my children, and each experience reaffirmed how grateful I am to have him as my OB-GYN. His dedication to his patients is unmatched, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He’s more than a doctor—he’s someone who truly cares.
I am a new patient and had a lot of anxiety going into my appointment, but Dr. Thoppil was so nice and put me right at ease. He seemed very knowledgeable, and I would be in good hands. Even the pap smear was quick and painless! Much less uncomfortable than any I've gotten in the past. The check-in process and staff were also nice and hepful!
