They don't care about privacy here. As a patient i shouldn't have to discuss medical issues with the Window person. And then they hand you a Piss cup (@ the window) in front of everyone in the lobby. And then the window lady was so rude to an elderly lady i thought she was going to break down. Never have i ever seen any dr office so unprofessional.

Simply trying to schedule a new patient appointment gave me anxiety, the receptionist made me feel like I wasn’t worthy of an appointment because of my payment option stating that she was told only 1 patient could be seen every 3 months placed me on hold for over 10min to come back and tell me she was wrong about an appointment in December, it’ll be January. This isn’t Jps this is ridiculous. She hung up in my face then no 1 had the time to answer the phones from 330-430 Wow

Had a dislocated shoulder Dr. John Thomas did my surgery everything came out good . Him and his staff are kind and gracious .. He is surgeon that cares.
