Thielman was great. They were my "second opinion" on my boiler that was malfunctioning. Tech came out and did full diagnostics with tools and everything (unlike first company). They recommened a simple fix, had it on his truck, and installed asap. All this for $100+ cheaper than the first company's quote for the same part replacement. First company to my house quoted me thousands in repairs and suggested a whole new system (up selling to my wife I presume). theilman recommended way less and for cheaper.
