Great service from Michael and Matthew. They answered all my questions to help me understand what was being done, and gave me suggestions to prevent similar problems in the future. On time, fast and friendly. Highly recommended!
Tyler did an excellent work on installing our water heater on October 28th. He is polite, cleans up who worked above and beyond what is expected. Hopefully we always receive workers like him. Thank you Tyler. Only negative is it is very expensive.
After scheduling a visit from 1-5 in the afternoon, I was woken up by a phone call at 7:40 AM. It was the man from John the plumber asking if he could come 'early'. and weather he could be there for 8am! The quote for my simple job was $900! Every other plumber I called quoted me $650/$700 for the same job. Some time later I noticed that their plumber had taken it upon himself to attach their business card to my fridge without asking me.
