Fabulous service!! My plumbing emergency was addressed very quickly (within 2 hours of call), the plumber notified me before arriving, costing was transparent and reasonable, and all was handled professionally and with a smile! I was very impressed with the service, and would recommend to everyone!
Alberto was amazing! Very friendly and polite. I called regarding an exterior leaky faucet. He arrived early the next morning. He was knowledgeable and explained the issue and repair required as well as price- which was reasonable. The whole faucet needed to be replaced which also required accessing a tight space inside the basement ceiling. He fixed it quickly and no more leak! Highly recommend Alberto and John The Plumber!
Ashton (I hope I got that right) from John the Plummer was at our house within the parameters that the company said he would be. He was professional, friendly and got right to the issue, and fixed it in a timely matter! I would not hesitate to recommend John the Plummer to family or friends!
Alberto was on time, friendly, flexible and did good work. I had a leak that needed to be fixed, but a few other small jobs that were not critical. He had the parts to accomplish a few of them gave be a quote on the spot. The work got done quickly and effectively.
Alberto came early, was courteous, and fixed the clogged drain quickly. Very happy with the service.
