I booked my appointment online without any issues and the plumber showed up in the time booked which is about a 3 hours timeframe. When the plumber arrived I explained what I thought the situation was causing my bathroom from not working. I have a saniflo and the first assessment was that I should replace my saniflo. Another great experience! Had an emergency plumbing issue; Eric from JTP arrived in 30 minutes and fixed the problem expertly. And scheduling the repair with Sydney at customer service was delightful. I will always recommend this team!
The Neville brothers (no, not the singers!) from John the Plumber came by yesterday to fix our issue, and they were fantastic from start to finish. Professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient — they had everything sorted out quickly with minimal disturbance to our home. It’s clear they know their stuff, and they work together like a well-oiled machine (or should I say a well-flowing pipe!). If you need plumbing help, these are the people to call!
