Yesterday , Garrett from Johns Plumbing did some work here. He is probably the best service person I have ever dealt with ( that is a lot I’m a senior!). He was knowledgeable, courteous, explained everything thoroughly and was very pleasant to deal with as he took much pride in his work. I would not hesitate in using this company again. They were extremely easy to deal with and my taps are working beautifully.
Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional service
I had an issue with the sump pump discharge pipe, i paid $800 to connect it to the outside line, and i had to pay for check valve to adhere to regulation. Winter came and I had an issue with the discharge line, the plumber cut the discharge line that previously cost $800 to connect it . He proposed a $10,000 to replace the underground pipes. I booked my appointment online without any issues and the plumber showed up in the time booked which is about a 3 hours timeframe. When the plumber arrived I explained what I thought the situation was causing my bathroom from not working. I have a saniflo and the first assessment was that I should replace my saniflo. No further investigation was made. If I wanted to be helped an estimate was then provided on the spot and if I concur with the proposed work to help getting the issue resolved, he would then proceed.
