Kyle arrived within the schedule time window. He was professional, informative and completed the job very competently. My old clogged and corroded kitchen pipes were replaced with brand new abs pipes and fitting. Every thing is working fine, no more leaks.

I cannot say enough good things about Jeff and Eddie. At 8am I sent out an email requesting an appointment between 12pm and 3pm and they were here by 11am. If that wasn't awesome enough they were fast and efficient in diagnosing the problem and equally efficient in fixing it. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again should the need arise.

The plumber who arrived was polite and courteous. I had debated doing the job on my own, but due to time pressures, decided to call a plumber for the first time ever. The job was done well enough, but the cost was ridiculous. I regret not doing it myself. He was here for 40 minutes. Parts would have cost less than $40 retail. The initial quote was $600 plus hst. They gave me a 'deal' of $479 plus hst. At that point, I no longer had time to diy the job, but seriously, it might have taken me 2 hours at the most. If you are... read more

Wonderfully experience Very friendly customer service, prompt action by highly qualified and skilled technicians. My apartment is in downtown core. This is my first time asking for assistance, and I received excellent service. I will happily recommend this company for any kind of plumbing work

We had booked a couple of repairs using John The Plumber and the whole process was smooth and hassle free. Johnathan was on time, professional and efficient. Overall a great job and would highly recommend them for any plumbing work.
