Francesco and Chris were awesome. They were super friendly, explained what the procedure entailed, and the whole process went way faster than we thought it would take. We are very happy with them and will call on John the Plumber next time for sure.
All 3 of the toilets in my home were acting up, constantly running, or not fully flushing. It was starting to reflect on my water bill. I booked an appointment online (saved 20$ doing this!). On the day of my appointment in the time frame I was given, Cameron called letting me know he’d be at my house in 10 minutes. He showed up promptly, was very polite and was able to fix all 3 toilets. We needed to replace a leaky pipe, so we sourced this service plumber. They sent a contract plumber to our home, and I guess their job is to try and milk as much money as possible from the job. Although the Japanese plumber was knowledgeable and a pretty nice guy, he proposed a job that was three times more expensive than it needed to be. He recommended replacement parts that were three times the market value, and if it weren’t for a friend who is a plumber, I would’ve never been able to talk him down from a $1500-$500 job.... read more
Amazing service. Johnathan and Patrick were very friendly,and very informative. They answered all of my questions, got the job done quickly, left no mess, and were very easy to talk to. Very happy with the service. 10/10 would recommend
The guy that came was great, no issues with him. The issue was that I was quoted $600 for a minor toilet leak repair that didn't even include the cost of materials. On top of that, I was charged $80 for the visit since I decided not to move forward. Almost like it's intentional - charge a crazy book rate knowing no one will agree to it and then collect the $80 fee! Shame on me for not getting the details up front - better to go with an hourly plumber!
