Ryan was completely professional, quick, and a pleasure to have in our home. He kept us informed throughout the entire process, providing advise and recommendations along the way. He didn't hesitate to explain everything in non-plumber terms that made it simple to understand and explain to my spouse later on. A casual comment I made to him turned our job into a full day project but in the long run will save us thousands of dollars. Highly recommend him and John The Plumber to anyone needing any plumbing work done.

I cannot say enough good things about Jeff and Eddie. At 8am I sent out an email requesting an appointment between 12pm and 3pm and they were here by 11am. If that wasn't awesome enough they were fast and efficient in diagnosing the problem and equally efficient in fixing it. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again should the need arise.

Wonderfully experience Very friendly customer service, prompt action by highly qualified and skilled technicians. My apartment is in downtown core. This is my first time asking for assistance, and I received excellent service. I will happily recommend this company for any kind of plumbing work

Andrew was excellent. He called in advance as requested. Arrived on time and got right to work. Andrew was very efficient and did the repair and explained all options up front. I must admit the price was a bit surprising but this has nothing to do with Andrew or his work. He also took the time to look at another potential issue.

Great experience with John the Plumber. Eric was extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and explained the repairs fully and did excellent work to our broken pipes in the attic. Price was reasonable. All in all good experience and would definitely recommend to others.
