An excellent experience all around. Marcus was very professional, efficient and courteous. He explained service options and procedures clearly. Michael replaced my mother’s leaky faucet in the kitchen very quickly. Appointment was set between noon to 3 pm. He arrived promptly at noon and has completed the job and left our house by 1:25 pm.
