Terrible customer service. The plumber came out twice - didn’t run the proper tests. I’ve called back three times and emailed once, they always say they will return my call and never do. Would avoid.
Colin was very friendly and professional. Found our problem and promptly fixed it. Would highly recommend John the plumber.
The Young gentleman who put my new toilet in and took the old one away was a real pro and a very nice guy. I will use John The Plumber again for future work.
