I was very pleased with the service from John The Plumber. When I called, at 8:30 in the morning, about a clogged kitchen drain, they were able to book me into a good time slot that was later on the same day. Colin arrived within the scheduled time slot. After listening to my explanation of the problem, he was very quick to outline what needed to be done and at what cost.
