Steve and Frances did a great job installing our new toilet. They didn't leave a mess behind, took the old toilet with them and even took the box 👊 Price was reasonable, both men were professional and courteous. Any plumbing needs in the future, I will definitely contact John the Plumber.
If you want to waste $100 just for him to stick a little camera in without actually fixing or diagnosing the plumbing issue, then go for it.
I used John the Plumber service to inspect a leak and unclogging a kitchen sink. The quote was $299 for finding the leak and $499 for unclogging the Kitchen Sink. That is a total rip off. I certainly recommend people to call around before making business with John the Plumber. Also, the plumber who came, couldn’t find the leak, but still charged the same amount.
Ryan and his partner provided fantastic service! They were sent to our house on the same day that I called. They were able to correctly identify the issue, and were honest about the possible solutions and their associated costs. Will definitely use their services again in the future!
