Jonathan was excellent - he was friendly and professional, and he gave us great advice and help with our problem. He also called us to let us know when he was on his way and his approximate time of arrival. We thought Jonathan was fantastic and on the basis of his help, we would certainly recommend John the Plumber to family & friends.
John came out and resolved the issue with my toilet valve. He was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I would recommend John the plumber for your plumbing needs
Plumber came twice, didn’t run routine tests and misdiagnosed the issue. Customer service is terrible - they have said they will call us back 3-4x and have yet to receive a call.
