I wasn't sure what to expect after reading some of the reviews, but my experience was excellent. The plumber was friendly, easy to deal with, explained everything clearly, and got the work done quickly and professionally. The price wasn't the cheapest, but I'd rather pay for a job that's done properly by a licensed and insured company than gamble on the lowest quote. Had him install outdoor frost free faucet. I did all the prep work, cut the access hole and bought the access panel. All he had to do was run 12 feet of pex through unobstructed ceiling. $600 and didn’t have a shut off valve on the truck. And he made sure to point out he used exterior sealant on the exterior. Complained to customer service and they never responded. He even explained they have what he called an “unusual” pricing policy where they charge the same for quick easy jobs like mine to make up for more difficult jobs... read more
