Cameron was an absolute awesome plumbing technician. He called to say he was on his way and arrived in time, explained in detail what needed to be done and why it is done that way, gave us an approximate cost of the repair and listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. He worked calmly (in a tight space), neatly, and was detail oriented. Connor and the whole team at John the plumber were great to deal with
Connor arrived on time. He assessed the problem right away and showed me the replacement part and pricing. During the repair he discovered a second leak and replaced that section of the pipe as well. He cleaned up his work space and everything is working perfect now.
