I was helped by Ryan and another plumber (maybe an apprentice?). They were extremely polite and helpful. The unclogged my kitchen sink pipe, showing me the camera footage down the pipe (25 ft down) where the blockage was located. They also reworked the cheap pipes the builder installed under the sink years ago so now everything works great!
We had the pleasure of dealing with Tristan this week during an installation of a new gas water tank. He was efficient, explained each step in the process and explained a maintenance regimen we should follow for maximum life of the tank. We will definitely use John the Plummer in the future. Just excellent. Looks great and works great. Could not be happier. We had a flood last summer and had to tear out a lot of the finishing in the basement. So we had them in a second time today and the work is absolutely excellent again. The second and third images are from this time, and show how tidy his work is. It was done quickly and at the highest standard by Tomas, as I requested him on all the subsequent visits. Truly an excellent plumber!
