We had an excellent service. Plumbers gave us great advice and clearly outlined our options and their associated costs. If I need another plumber, I will be calling this business.
I was helped by Ryan and another plumber (maybe an apprentice?). They were extremely polite and helpful. The unclogged my kitchen sink pipe, showing me the camera footage down the pipe (25 ft down) where the blockage was located. They also reworked the cheap pipes the builder installed under the sink years ago so now everything works great!
We had the pleasure of dealing with Tristan this week during an installation of a new gas water tank. He was efficient, explained each step in the process and explained a maintenance regimen we should follow for maximum life of the tank. We will definitely use John the Plummer in the future.
