No complaints here. Connor and his team were courteous and professional. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. I'd hire them again for sure.
I had a very frustrating experience with John The Plumber. They did not assess my existing system before installation, which resulted in them installing the wrong pump. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for a resolution, my inquiries were ignored for months. Good customer service includes taking responsibility for mistakes and communicating with clients, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Stay away from this company.
