Very quick to get an appointment. I was away from home and the plumber kept me updated of the progress on the issue by phone, as well as discussing solutions with me before going ahead. Very satisfied.
I called John the Plumber on a Friday to get a water line installed for my refrigerator. I wasn't in a rush but the pushy sales lady suggested I get service tomorrow (A Saturday) so I said Yes. No one warned me about additional surcharges or costs. She told me it would be $79 for the visit plus whatever work was done. I agreed.
