I called John the Plumber and was told that a partner company called Environmental Plumbing will come instead. What should’ve been a quick, affordable job turned into a major rip-off. Absolutely ridiculous pricing — $500 just to clear a simple kitchen sink drain! Stay far away from this company.
Very satisfied. Tankless hot water failed. Called another plumber Thursday night and all the tech wanted to do is sign me up for a 10 yr contract. Called John the Plumber at 8:30 am Friday morning, they listened to my needs and found a tank which I could buy and had hot water by Friday night. I will recommend them to anyone. Thank you for your professionalism
