Booked an appointment for a few things. Eric showed up on time after letting us know he was on his way. He went over the things that needed attention and took his time to explain everything very clearly! He also suggested something that may need looking into down the road. Very honest and transparent. Would highly recommend John The Plumber. Very satisfied!
