I am quite pleased with the level of efficiency brought about by the team at “John the Plumber “ enterprise.. I called for help last night at 9 pm and had a technician at my doorstep by 2pm today. The technician assessed the situation and took the time to explain the good, better, best options. Once the solution was agreed upon, he went to work. This is my second encounter with “John the Plumber” staff. They are professionals, approachable, and qualified in my humble opinion.

Vaughn was at my home very soon after I called. He was very quick to get to work, and explained my choices very carefully. He resolved my toilet leak issue and my clogged central drain very effectively. He was also polite and cleaned up after himself very well. I felt really grateful that I got Vaughn as my plumber. He gave me sound advice for future preventive maintenance as well. All around, a great experience.
Wonderful service, prompt, professional, reasonably priced, and the person who came was respectful and very helpful. Highly recommend.
