Jon was prompt and efficient. He explained the two options we had, to replace the cartridge or to install a new faucet, and he gave us the prices and options. He went to get the new faucet and installed it, showed us what he did. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and has a good sense of humour. An asset to the company.
