Extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. He boasts about his services and responsiveness on his website, but does not even return calls. I left a message on his voicemail, waited one week and still no response. Called again and left another message to make sure I had the right number; still no response. I finally got a text stating "booked out to November." That's it?! Zero courtesy of returning a customer's call to at least discuss the project and try and schedule something, even if it's not until November. We would have ... read more
