Just putting this out there for all my Vallejo/Benicia people on here. There's a contractor by the name of John Tanner (John Tanner General Building) who was hired by my Aunt Cynthia's to replace the siding on her house, what a nightmare it turned out to be. He ended up screwing her on the job. Took more than legally allowed for a deposit, collected a large portion of the money up front for the work, and didn't complete the job leaving her with no siding on one side of her house through a rain/windstorm. John did a fantastic job on our kitchen remodeling project. The craftsmanship and the cabinets are amazing. We were impressed with his attention to detail and his ability to communicate.
John is one of the best design builders in Benicia. He does the job correct the first time. He has worked on several home renovation projects to our kitchen, bathrooms, and living room. He always has put out high quality work on schedule and has given us tremendous insight on how to improve our homes value.
