I really couldn't believe that all of the 5 star reviews were real. But after my first appointment to discuss knee replacement I saw that they were correct. He didn't push me to surgery but discussed options and allowed me to decide. He made me feel like I was his only patient with the time he took to explain everything and to show me how they looked and answered all my questions. His support staff were also very thorough.
He listened to my issue and made a plan.
