Initially I was happy with my roof replacement. The communication withthe agent, Tate, was prompt and very helpful. The work was scheduled easily and staff even came back once to fix an issue. I have not had any leaks. However, a few months after my new roof was installed, it was discovered that the old chimney they took down to under the roof line, as part of the work, was the exhaustfor my gas furnace. JTM representative was professional, and responsive. He did not approach us with a high pressure sell. He was honest in letting us know the roof probably had a few more years. We decided to just take care of it, and to use this company because of the integrity and professionalism displayed. Work was done quickly and seems to be holding up well.
